Complete Process

A completed work request form (wrf), with dates clearly stated and an accurate word count along with a sample (3,500 words or a few chapters) of the project, is required before each project can be given time to receive the care and attention it deserves. Make sure special writing styles and any other important information are included on wrf. After MRE reviews all of this information, a contract will be sent to you to sign and will include initial quote along with intended start and finish dates.

In order to give each author's work the best attention possible MRE requests a minimum of one day for each 2,500 words. MRE promises to work with you the best we can to fit everything into your timeline; if you need something done faster please let us know immediately so we can attempt to accommodate.

All submissions to MRE should be in Word or GoogleDoc format. This makes it easier to track changes and allows quick reference for any questions that may arise or issues that may be encountered while editing. Open communication between MRE and you, the author, ensures that each project is polished to shine in the way it was meant to; turning it into a lasting memory for you and your readers.

Time slots will be secured once the signed contract is received along with the $25 non-refundable deposit; times will not be guaranteed until both are received. Deposits will be deducted from final bill which is to be paid in full within 14 days of receipt, a late fee of 2.5% will be charged on the 15th day and compound monthly. Payments are requested via Google Wallet to cre8amemre@gmail.com (PayPal is accepted through address monsterellareviews@gmail.com with a 1.5% convenience fee.)

If for any reason you need to cancel the project, it must be submitted via email prior to the start date. If something occurs after the project begins you will only be charged for the greater of either the work already completed or 35% of the initial quote, plus deposit.

It is the goal of MRE to make the editing process as painless as possible for everyone and to make you feel as important as possible. If at any time you are uncertain of anything, or have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or on our Facebook page ( Facebook.com/MonsterellaReviews ). We stand behind our motto "Helping authors turn their words into an everlasting MemRE!" We strive to create lasting partnerships and friendships, and allow our work to show you just how much we truly care about every project that comes our way.
